Our mission is simple: to make diabetes management more proactive and personalized. By securely connecting with your diabetes devices—such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), insulin pumps, and smart pens— Resolventa helps you track your data, analyze patterns, and receive clear, personalized recommendations on how to fine-tune your insulin dosing over time.

We don’t automate real-time dosing decisions, but we do give you and your care team the tools and insights needed to make smarter adjustments — whether it's refining your basal rates, adjusting carb ratios, or spotting trends that matter.

Our journey began with personal experience: seeing firsthand the daily challenges of managing T1D and recognizing that while devices generate mountains of data, turning that data into actionable guidance is often left up to individuals and their clinicians, with limited tools to help.
